SNF’s staff has grown from 20 to more than 1700 over the last 20 years.

SNF’s activity is based on its unique expertise and, for this reason, in-house training is given great importance within a policy of quality and highly specialised research. All categories of staff are encouraged to follow training programmes with a major emphasis on language skills, essential for SNF’s international development.
